Is this a course on writing prompts?

No. Our focus is agentic AI: agents that carry out a series of steps in your tools. People do pick up good prompting along the way, but it is not the aim.

Is our data safe?

We agree rules for data and privacy before any work starts, use only tools your organisation has approved, and keep a record of what agents do.

Do we need technical staff?

No. Our programmes are made for non-technical teams. Where it helps, we work alongside your IT team.
